  1. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the term "Reward" is defined as: one (1) $100 Travel Credits Powered by Expedia.
  2. In order to qualify for the reward, the customer must receive a promotional email or postcard from Kroger and then participate in Kroger’s $25 off first 2 Kroger Delivery orders ($35 minimum order before taxes and after discounts) promotion one time at select Kroger Delivery locations. You must be opted in to receive Kroger Specials & Promotions emails in order to receive the email with your promo code. To opt in, visit Kroger.com, log into My Account, select Preferences and turn on “Specials & Promotions” in Email Preferences.
  3. Steps to redeem the Reward are as below:
    1. Receive a promotional email or postcard from Kroger.
    2. Participate in the $25 off first 2 Kroger Delivery orders promotion one time($35 minimum order before taxes and after discounts) between April 2 and June 27, 2024. Digital coupon must be clipped by June 20, 2024 and grocery order delivery must be completed by June 27, 2024.
    3. Receive a confirmation email from Kroger with the Reward Code and instructions on how to redeem the Reward.
    4. Follow the redemption steps within email. 
  4. This promotion begins on April 2, 2024 at 12:01 AM ET and ends on June 27, 2024 at 11:59 PM ET. 
  5. The final day to qualify for this promotion is June 27, 2024. 
  6. Customer must redeem their Reward no later than 11:59 PM ET June 27, 2025.
  7. Reward can be redeemed online through a mobile device, tablet, or desktop.
  8. Must be 18 years old.
  9. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

  11. Reward is subject to promotional availability and available while supplies last.

  13. Reward cannot be used in conjunction with any promotional offers or discounts and cannot be used towards gift card purchases.
  14. Full Value of the Travel Credits Powered by Expedia may not be able to be applied in one transaction. Dependent on location, hotel, length of stay, and inventory. 
  15. If the full value of the Travel Credits Powered by Expedia is not used in one transaction, Customer can continue to use the remaining balance of the Travel Credits until it is depleted.
  16. Valid credit card will be required to pay any amount that exceeds the Travel Credits amount. 
  17. Pricing for hotel bookings rates are subject to change at any moment. Prices, rates, and availability are dependent on the hotel's discretion. Occasionally, hotel rates may differ and may be a lower rate for certain stays on other and similar travel booking sites, but these discounted rates may come with specific restrictions and conditions (i.e. related to cancellation and refunds). Pricing shown on travelcredits.com does not include additional discounts, sales, rebates, etc. the hotel or 3rd party supplier directly offers. The Travel Credits Site shows numerous hotel booking rates and strive to ensure the accuracy of the showcased prices. TLC retains the right to rectify any pricing inaccuracies on the Travel Credits site/platform. In the event of a clear error and if you've already made a booking, we will present you with the option to proceed with your booking by paying the correct price, or we will cancel your booking without any penalty. We are not obliged to provide the hotel booking rate to you at an incorrect (lower) price, even after you've received a Confirmation number, if the error should have been reasonably noticeable to you. Before making your reservation, please carefully review the room and rate details for any applicable conditions.
  18. All bookings are subject to hotel availability.
  19. Additional costs/fees for products and services outside of the Travel Credits are not included and any such fees are the sole responsibility of the Customer. 
  20. It is the responsibility of Reward recipient to provide correct, up-to-date details when claiming and completing their booking. 
  21. The recipient of the Reward must follow the instructions provided by the Promoter, Travel Credits Powered by Expedia, and Kroger. Failure to comply with the instructions or any other directives made in conjunction with this Reward may result in cancellation and/or a charge for the Reward. Reward shall be considered redeemed and participant shall be solely responsible for any costs or fees incurred as a result in cancellation and/or a charge for the Reward. Under these circumstances, Reward shall be considered redeemed and participant shall be solely responsible for any costs or fees incurred as a result of their noncompliance.
  22. For the purpose of this Reward, "Released Parties" includes the Promoter, Travel Credits Powered by Expedia, Kroger, and their respective parents, affiliates, partners, subsidiaries, agents, distributors and vendors.
  23. Released Parties shall not be liable for lost, stolen, damaged, misdirected or undeliverable Reward Codes and will not issue or replace Rewards in any of these events.
  24. No credit, refund or extension for any unused Rewards will be provided.
  25. Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to replace the Reward with another of equal or higher value.
  26. This Reward is issued by the Promoter located at 60 Hudson Street, Suite 1809, New York, NY. 10013, or at such other address as the Promoter may advise in writing. No inquiry or notice will be validly received by the Promoter unless mailed to the Promoter's address above by first-class mail, postage prepaid.
  27. No exchange of the Reward is permitted under any circumstance.
  28. Promoter reserves the right to change or modify the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion at any time during the term thereof. It shall be the Customer's sole obligation to check the Terms and Conditions during the Promotion and when the Customer redeems the Reward.
